Founded in 2013, the Alta Formazione in Hospitality Management was born with the aim of training highly qualified professionals in the tourism and hospitality sectors. At the heart of our philosophy is an advanced vision of hospitality: for us the customer is not a simple tourist, but a guest to be involved through authentic, personalized and memorable experiences.
Today, our reality continues to distinguish itself for its commitment to excellent training, offering specialized courses designed to meet the needs of an ever-changing market. Thanks to international partnerships with prestigious institutions such as Hotel Business School Swiss Education group, B.H.M.S. in Lucerne, and NHL Stenden University of Applied Science in the Netherlands, our graduates have the opportunity to continue their studies abroad or quickly enter the world of work with a solid and globally recognized education.

Lucia Russo
IFPA Cipriani Director in Levico Terme and Higher Education
Dr. Lucia Russo, Director of the IFPA “G. Cipriani” in Levico Terme and of Higher Education, manages and coordinates the hotel management school, promoting educational innovation and integration between professional training and the tourism and hospitality sector. She promotes internationalization projects, the strengthening of technical and practical skills, and collaboration with companies, enhancing work-study programs and continuing education.
Background
La dirigente scolastica Dott.ssa Lucia Russo, attualmente alla guida dell’IFPA “G. Cipriani” di Levico Terme dal 1° settembre 2024, ha una carriera professionale ricca e diversificata nel campo dell’istruzione. Ha ricoperto dal 2022 al 2024 la posizione di dirigente scolastica all’IIS Rosselli-Sartori di Lonigo (VI), dove ha gestito e coordinato numerosi aspetti legati alla didattica e all’organizzazione scolastica. Precedentemente, dal 2018 al 2022, è stata docente di Biologia e coordinatrice di progetti educativi presso l’Istituto Tecnico Tecnologico “Buonarroti” di Trento, con particolare attenzione alla gestione di attività legate all’innovazione didattica e Scienze Matematiche, Chimiche, Fisiche e Naturali nella Scuola Media Statale della Provincia Autonoma di Trento. Ha coordinato progetti educativi come Pro.Lab, ConsultaMi e GLOBE e ha svolto attività di tutoraggio per la SSIS presso le Università di Trento e Bolzano.
La sua preparazione accademica è solida, con una Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Pedagogiche conseguita presso l’Università degli Studi di Verona, e una Laurea in Scienze Biologiche presso l’Università degli Studi di Trento. Ha completato un Master di 2° livello in Gestione e organizzazione delle istituzioni scolastiche e formative presso l’Università per Stranieri “Dante Alighieri” di Reggio Calabria e un Corso di Perfezionamento per docenti tutor presso l’Università di Trento.
La sua carriera riflette un costante impegno nella formazione, nell’innovazione e nella gestione educativa, rendendola una figura di riferimento nel panorama scolastico provinciale e nazionale.

Davide Busana
Coordinator of the Advanced Training Course, IFTS and IFPA Giuseppe Cipriani in Levico Terme
Davide, the course coordinator, is a point of reference for students and teachers. He manages communication between the teaching staff, students, and management, ensuring that teaching activities run smoothly. He also monitors students’ educational progress, offering support at different stages of their learning and development.
Background
Davide began his training at the Hotel Management School in Levico Terme, where he specialized in white gastronomy techniques, deepening his knowledge of the methods and skills needed to excel in this field.
After completing his studies, he decided to broaden his professional horizons with international experience, working in various gastronomic contexts abroad. This path allowed him to engage with different culinary cultures, refine his technical skills, and acquire a broader and more innovative vision of the bakery and pastry sector.
After enriching his professional background, he decided to devote himself to teaching the art of white gastronomy, passing on to students his passion for this craft and the most advanced techniques in the sector.
In addition to his role as course coordinator, Davide is also a contact person at IFPA Giuseppe Cipriani in Levico Terme and IFTS, where he is responsible for ensuring educational excellence and supporting students in their professional careers, accompanying them into the world of work with a practical and innovative approach.

Aldo Dalle Fratte
Corporate relations and internship management contact person
Aldo is a key figure in coordinating internships and managing corporate relations. He facilitates communication between students and the world of work, creating strategic partnerships with local and international companies to offer high-level internship opportunities. He is a fundamental point of reference for students, guiding them in choosing the internship that best suits their aspirations and skills. With his experience, he not only provides practical support but also offers food for thought, encouraging students to develop original and authentic ideas in their educational journey.
Background
Aldo’s professional career is characterized by extensive experience and continuous evolution in the hospitality sector.
He began his career as a maître d’hôtel, a role that allowed him to develop exceptional mastery of service and hospitality management, gaining high-level experience both nationally and internationally. Thanks to this experience, he has refined fundamental skills in managing exclusive environments and customer care.
Driven by his passion for the world of hospitality and his desire to pass on his knowledge, Aldo chose to devote himself to professional training, a field in which he has been working for over 30 years. During this long journey, he has contributed significantly to the growth of numerous students, providing them not only with advanced technical skills, but also with an in-depth understanding of the sector, based on values such as professionalism, strategy, and attention to detail.
For PATH Academy, he is also an essential reference point in the management of the teaching laboratory, ensuring that students have access to a dynamic and well-organized training environment.

Alessandra Ciceri
Learning tutor
Alessandra, a learning tutor at Alta Formazione, accompanies students on their educational journey through individual interviews, offering relational support and guidance in choosing internships, guiding them towards opportunities that best suit their aspirations. She also teaches communication classes, offering practical tools to develop interpersonal skills essential for the world of work.
Background
Always fascinated by the power of words, she has focused her career on studying and teaching communication in all its forms. After graduating in Philosophy of Language with a thesis at IRST, now Fondazione Bruno Kessler, she shifted her interest from the language of “intelligent machines” to human language, exploring relational dynamics.
She also teaches at the Alcide Degasperi Institute of Education in Borgo Valsugana, where she is involved in school-work alternation programs and collaborates with the Department of Education of the Province of Trento in the EDA area.
She works as a trainer on communication and relationship management issues, responding to the needs of students, workers, and professionals. In the corporate sector, she starts by analyzing training or consulting needs in order to develop targeted projects, taking care of finding funding, implementing and coordinating interventions until their completion and final reporting.
Thanks to her experience, she promotes conscious learning, providing concrete tools to improve communication and interpersonal dynamics.
