“The advanced training course in Roncegno Terme was a fundamental growth experience for me, both professionally and personally. It is an environment where you really have the opportunity to put yourself out there, engage with teachers and professionals in the sector, and build a solid network that can prove invaluable throughout your career.
One of the most stimulating aspects of the course is the practical and dynamic approach to the world of hospitality. It is not limited to the hotel sector in the strict sense, but opens up a broad and articulated vision of the industry, providing skills that can be applied in very different contexts.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to assist with the management of the F&B department, exploring the world of banqueting in particular. This experience allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of the operational and management dynamics of a complex but extremely fascinating field.
I currently hold the position of Deputy Manager at Caffè Florian in Venice, a historic and prestigious establishment in the Italian hospitality sector. My duties range from welcoming guests and sales to quality control, from managing correspondence and groups to resolving day-to-day issues.
Looking back, I can say that my time at Roncegno was a real springboard: it gave me the tools to face the challenges of the hospitality world with awareness and preparation.

“The Advanced Professional Training course in Roncegno Terme marked the beginning of a well-defined and ambitious journey in the business world. The two years I spent there provided me with a solid and comprehensive education, combining theory and practice with a strong focus on the real needs of the workplace.
I then continued my studies at BHMS – Business & Hotel Management School in Lucerne, where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business Management. The international environment, English-language classes, innovative teaching methods, and internship experiences equipped me with concrete tools to tackle professional challenges with a focused and results-oriented approach.
I currently work in the Marketing department of the same university, where I am involved in rebranding, creating promotional materials, managing social media, and organizing events. It is a dynamic and stimulating job that allows me to develop new skills, putting into practice the knowledge I acquired during my training.”

“The Advanced Professional Training course was much more than just a training program for me: it was the heart of my growth, both as a person and as a professional. I didn’t come from a big city or have extraordinary experiences, but I had a great desire to learn and put myself out there. It was there that I truly understood what it means to work with passion, discipline, and respect for this profession.
Advanced Training gave me a solid foundation, but also a method, an ethic, and above all the courage to face each day with seriousness and dedication. I learned that responsibilities are not obtained by chance, but are built over time, with small daily gestures, with effort, commitment, and a deep sense of duty.
Today I work at the Hotel Excelsior in Venice, in my second season, and I have been promoted to Shift Leader. An important milestone, but one that I consider only a new starting point. In this role, I manage the shift, coordinate the team, and ensure a level of service befitting a historic and prestigious establishment. Every day brings new challenges, and every day requires attention, clarity, but also humanity.
Nothing comes by chance: great hotels and responsibilities are earned through sacrifice, a willingness to learn from mistakes, and the humility to accept that you never stop growing.
To those who are about to embark on this journey, I can only say one thing: if you put your heart into it, the effort weighs less. And when you learn to believe in yourself—truly—then you also begin to see how far you can go.

“When I chose to attend this Advanced Training course, I was looking for a solid foundation to launch my new accommodation business in Folgaria, Oberwieser. I wanted to gain in-depth knowledge of every aspect of hotel management, and this program exceeded all my expectations.
The course provided me with 360-degree skills—from revenue management to marketing, from housekeeping to operational management—enabling me to approach the hospitality industry with confidence.
Moreover, the practical experience was invaluable: thanks to three internships in high-level establishments, including Hotel La Perla in Corvara and Manna Luxury Resort in Egna, I had the opportunity to experience hotel operations first-hand.
Today, I feel truly ready for this new professional adventure, equipped with the awareness and expertise needed to face it at my best.”

“It feels like just yesterday that, full of enthusiasm but with a hint of fear, I left my homeland, Salento—my family, friends, and loved ones—to embark on a new adventure with Alta Formazione.
A journey that has been not only a professional growth opportunity but also a life experience that gifted me with valuable skills, genuine connections, and unforgettable memories.
Today, three years after the beginning of that journey and just a few months away from completing my studies, I have the honor of working at the Armani Hotel Dubai, located within one of the most iconic buildings in the United Arab Emirates and the world: the Burj Khalifa.
Being part of such an iconic reality like the Armani Hotel and a globally leading group such as Emaar Hospitality is an immense source of pride—one that makes every sacrifice worthwhile.”

“When I decided to embark on the Advanced Training Program in Hospitality Management, my goal was to travel and explore this industry. Today, I can proudly say that all the sacrifices have paid off.
I moved to Cortina D’Ampezzo and now work for Ambra Cortina, a hotel I had the pleasure of discovering thanks to Alta Formazione.
It was a highly demanding journey, requiring focus and flexibility, but it successfully provided both theoretical and practical skills that are essential for working efficiently in the hospitality sector.
The program offers students the opportunity to enter the workforce from the very beginning, thanks to the chance to carry out multiple training periods in high-level establishments, facing real-life situations and managing tasks related to operational hotel management.
This hands-on experience proved to be crucial in consolidating the knowledge acquired in the classroom and gaining a concrete, real-world perspective.”

“As Beverage Manager at the Bulgari Hotel Dubai, I oversee and optimize the beverage offering, with a particular focus on wine and spirits. I handle supplier relations, negotiating prices and monitoring costs to ensure both quality and variety. I am responsible for developing strategies to meet revenue goals, tracking performance, and adapting offerings to market trends and guest preferences. I coordinate nine outlets, including two Michelin-starred restaurants, ensuring flawless service and a unique guest experience. Additionally, I organize training sessions and masterclasses to upskill the team and maintain high service standards.
The Advanced Professional Training was instrumental in my growth, allowing me to acquire new managerial skills and explore departments beyond F&B. I had the opportunity to engage with industry professionals who shared invaluable insights and supported my professional development. I highly recommend this program to anyone aiming for managerial roles, highlighting the importance of dedication and professionalism to make the most of both practical and theoretical lessons.”
