This module provides a comprehensive overview of human resources and the recruitment process in the tourism and hospitality industry. Students will acquire skills in:

  • Recruitment channels: tools and strategies for finding candidates;
  • First impression: rules and advice to convey professionalism and confidence;
  • Curriculum Vitae: structure, contents and customization for the Hospitality sector;
  • Job interview: communication techniques, body language and strategies to best face it;
  • Preparing your CV: a practical guide to creating an effective and competitive CV.

At the end of the course, there will be a written and oral exam, as well as a mock interview where students will learn to answer even the most complex and uncomfortable questions asked by recruiters.
