Occupational health and safety program

This module provides fundamental knowledge on safety in the workplace, with particular attention to current legislation. Students will explore:

• Regulatory framework: main laws and regulations on workplace safety;
• Prevention and protection: measures to reduce risks and ensure a safe working environment;
• Risk assessment (RAT): identification, analysis and management of work-related risks;
• Safety organization: roles and responsibilities of company subjects in safety management;
• Safety organizational chart: internal structure for the management of prevention and protection;
• Sanctioning system: legal and administrative consequences in case of non-compliance with the rules.
