This module, divided into different training units, delves into marketing and communication strategies to increase brand visibility and improve sales performance, with a focus on new digital and cognitive trends.
- Marketing Plan and strategies: development of a marketing plan, guerrilla marketing, strategic and operational marketing, sales strategies, analysis of buyer personas, role of brand ambassadors and influencers, purchasing process and study of real cases;
- Digital promotion and communication: evolution from the mass market to niches, storytelling applied to marketing, digital marketing tools and strategies to attract and retain the public;
- Neuromarketing: study of decision-making processes and psychological levers that influence purchasing behavior, role of dopamine, cognitive buyers, neuro tips, framing and priming effects;
- Journalism and current affairs: the importance of always being updated on the news to communicate effectively with the guest and enhance the experience through an informed and engaging narrative.

Chiara Tubini has a degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication. Her professional career combines a solid strategic vision with a deep focus on human dynamics.
After gaining significant experience in large companies in the strategic marketing sector, in recent years she has focused her professional development on human resources. She has completed two specialized master’s degrees that have allowed her to refine an up-to-date, concrete, and results-oriented consulting approach.
She is currently an HR consultant for Links4Talent, where she works on talent attraction, human resources management, and corporate communication projects.

Elisa Travaglia is a regional manager and designer in the tourism and cultural sector. She works on tourism and regional development projects, with a particular focus on sustainability and slow tourism.
Since 2014, she has been working as a freelance teacher on training courses for the tourism, hospitality, catering, and agriculture sectors, with a particular focus on sustainable development and effective communication.
She is co-founder of the project “La Campirlota – Narratori di territorio e piccoli contadini” (La Campirlota – Storytellers of the territory and small farmers).

Elisa Colli is an entrepreneur active in the high-end hospitality sector, with over 15 years of experience in operational management, commercial management, and strategic communication roles.
Throughout her career, she has led teams and projects in prestigious establishments, contributing to the optimization of the customer journey, the development of brand positioning strategies, and the improvement of business profitability. She has worked closely with the Sales & Marketing departments, developing an integrated and distinctive vision of the guest experience, in line with the expectations of the most demanding markets.
She has held positions as Operations Director and Sales & Marketing Manager in companies targeting the luxury segment, combining managerial rigor, attention to detail, and strategic vision.
In the educational context, she adopts a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, aimed at imparting managerial, communication, and analytical skills to students. She integrates theory with real-life cases, professional methodologies, and operational tools, with the aim of preparing professionals capable of facing the challenges of contemporary hospitality with vision and competence.
Convinced that internal and external communication is a fundamental lever for customer loyalty, brand reputation, and value creation over time, Elisa Colli brings her distinctive contribution to the School of Higher Education in Roncegno Terme.
With enthusiasm, she shares her experience to inspire, train, and guide new generations toward hospitality based on excellence, innovation, and sustainability.

Bio
Silvia Margoni is an economist by vocation, with three degrees in Marketing and Management, one of which was obtained abroad. She began her career as an analyst and consultant, then explored the link between professional performance and relational intelligence, discovering psychology as a strategic ally.
Driven by this insight, she expanded her educational background with a Master’s degree in Scientific Analysis of Nonverbal Behavior and a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology.
Her passion for the study of the brain and effective communication led her to found Links4Brain, a company specializing in consulting, training, and analysis in the field of Neuro-Selling, and Links4Talent, a brand dedicated to Talent Attraction & Retention.
